On the 10th February, we held our own fundraiser for The British Heart Foundation. Throughout this week we was raising awareness to our school community how important our vital organ the heart is.
With that one of our students in Year 7 helped us to gain more knowledge in to this by suggesting to host our own fundraiser for the week. This was by doing cake sales and donating £1 to wear an item of red clothing. She was helped in her earlier years by this charity and suggested to our school how we should support this charity, we raised an amazing £198.87!!
We would like to thank her family and our school for participating and raising as much money as we did.
