We were delighted to hear from his parents, that over the Christmas period Alex was able to secure a part time job at the prestigious Chapter One restaurant in Farnbrough.
Alex performed confidently during his interview and was able to clearly explain what and how he cooks at school as well as convey his passion for cooking.
